Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Influence customers by informing them about services and enrolling them in those services.
• Generate leads and appointments through telephone conversations with Outside Sales.
• Record interactions and call activity in the CRM system.
• Support the administrative team by answering inbound calls for scheduling and billing.
