Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone. The role also provides administrative support to service centers, including answering phones, scheduling services, and processing payments.

You will contribute to meeting daily call-volume targets and deliver excellent customer service, while partnering with Outside Sales to generate leads and appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferred
• Excellent telephone skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass and maintain any state licensing/certification exams
• Able to pass internal technical exams
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Sell services to existing and former customers by phone
• Answer phones, schedule services, and manage payment data
• Generate leads and appointments with Outside Sales through telephone conversations
• Document interactions and call activity in the CRM
• Support scheduling, billing, and issue resolution for the service centers
