Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to upsell services to existing and former customers by phone. The role also provides administrative support to service centers, handling calls, scheduling, and payment data, while meeting daily call volume standards.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions. Minimum qualifications include strong telephone skills, basic computer proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone.
• Answer phones, schedule services, and manage payment data to support service centers.
• Meet daily call volume and deliver exceptional customer service.
