Job summary

Gypsum Management and Supply is seeking an Inside Sales professional to provide product knowledge on building materials and related items. You will take orders at the counter and by phone, build customer relationships, and ensure accurate order entry in the system.

The role collaborates with Outside Sales and Sales Managers to tailor strategic sales approaches, manage objections, and quote prices. The position emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Ability to self-manage, meet the public, and work in a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Build relationships with customers and expand sales.
• Enter orders using the company computer system.
• Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers on sales strategy.
• Overcome objections and quote prices, terms, and reports.
