Job summary

Wisconsin Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is hiring for an inside sales role at our Green Bay, WI location. You will respond to customer inquiries, help with product selection, place orders, and coordinate deliveries and installations.

You will also initiate calls to generate sales and maintain accuracy in paperwork and pricing. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in building materials and inside sales, with strong communication and inventory awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices and quotations, complaints, and deliveries/installations.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, credit returns, RAs, pick tickets, and service requests; file paperwork.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; obtain pricing and availability information.
• Manage project schedules by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Check back orders and resolve issues; resolve billing problems; compile data for closing.
• Handle special orders and advanced pricing; assist with pricing lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
