Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking a personable Inside Sales professional in Tampa to support Territory and Branch managers by delivering excellent customer service and accurate order processing for building products.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, bilingual abilities, and the capacity to quickly learn product lines while maintaining professional communication with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and retain knowledge of products and systems.
• Experience in customer sales with cold-calling or telemarketing.
• Capable of providing pricing, product availability and delivery information.
• Comfortable handling cash and processing credits.
• Strong multitasking and timely response to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory Manager and Branch Manager to serve customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide quotes and pricing information to customers.
• Support sales efforts with product availability and delivery status.
• Develop relationships with buyers to secure repeat business.
