Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking an organized Inside Sales / Office Admin to support branch operations and drive customer sales. The role includes assisting management with administrative tasks, providing pricing and delivery information, and handling customer orders to ensure excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to learn product information quickly, and experience in inside sales or related field.

Qualifications

• Meet branch sales expectations and budget as it relates to branch sales and quotes.
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Learn and retain knowledge of products, specialty products, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, pricing, and delivery information to Territory Manager as needed.
• Handle inside sales tasks and customer orders including quotes and processing.
• Maintain branch administrative functions and office supplies within budget.
• Answer phone calls and route messages; manage data entry and filing as directed by branch management.
