Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply in Sacramento is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support the Territory Manager and Branch Manager. You will ensure accurate order processing, provide pricing and delivery information, and deliver excellent customer service to contractors and homeowners.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships. Preferred bilingual in Spanish and English; High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• Possess professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn and retain knowledge of products and systems.
• Provide support, pricing, and delivery information to Territory Manager.
• Experience in customer sales with cold-calling or telemarketing.
• Reflect a positive and approachable demeanor with customers and vendors.
• Aptitude for developing counter and winning sales strategies.
• Ability to obtain and retain new buyers by building relationships.
• Effective at price quoting and follow-up communication.
• Experience with cash handling and credit functions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Territory Manager and Branch Manager to ensure high-quality service and accurate order processing.
• Serve customers and provide building products with excellent customer service.
• Support pricing, product availability, and delivery information as needed.
• Maintain professionalism with walk-in customers and vendors and respond promptly to inquiries.
