Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking an Inside Sales professional to work with the Territory Manager and Branch Manager to provide the highest quality building products and superior customer service. You will assist in processing orders, quotes, pricing, and delivery information while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications include professional communication, ability to learn product knowledge quickly, and experience in sales with cold-calling or telemarketing.

Qualifications

• Must possess professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Quickly learn and retain knowledge of new products and systems.
• Provide support, availability, pricing, and delivery information to the Territory Manager as needed.
• Customer sales experience with cold-calling and/or telemarketing skills.
• Reflect a positive and approachable demeanor for walk-in customers and vendors; respond promptly to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Territory Manager and Branch Manager to ensure the highest quality building products and customer service; process various types of customer orders and sales accurately.
• Assist in price quoting and follow-up communications with customers.
• Support cash handling and credit functions as needed.
• Operate a PC and related software to manage orders and records.
