Alps Controls LLC is a leading online marketplace for building automation parts and peripherals. The Inside Sales role focuses on expanding our customer base and growing share of wallet across a multi-state territory, with a base plus uncapped growth incentive.

You’ll spend most days in the office on virtual and phone appointments, with 2–4 travel trips per year to meet customers. We offer full benefits and a family culture with a 36-hour work week.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in B2B inside sales or account management.
• Comfortable calling on technicians to owners.
• Familiarity with using AI.
• Organized, self-directed and competitive about hitting targets.

Responsabilidades

• Grow share of wallet with existing accounts and onboard new ones through regular reviews.
• Quote, negotiate, and close customer construction projects.
• Train customers on our catalog and help them maximize value.
• Build relationships with manufacturer partners.
• Keep CRM current to support the team.
• Contribute to sales meetings and trade shows.
