Secor Lumber Co., Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone, helping customers with building and supply needs while maintaining a clean, organized showroom.

You will learn products, assist with project planning, process special orders, and support store operations. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience are expected; weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use POS and multiple vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with project planning and product selections in-store and by phone.
• Create an inviting sales environment by maintaining a clean showroom and floor.
• Notify customers of promotions and new products.
• Assist with loading products into customers’ vehicles as needed.
• Support stock, signage, and inventory tasks; participate in team meetings.
