Van Meter Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Minnesota to support construction and contractor customers by delivering product information, quotes, and order processing over the phone and in person.

You will collaborate with account managers and the sales support team to ensure accurate stock data, timely deliveries, and strong customer relationships while promoting our 5 P's and purpose.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone, email and in person are required.
• Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Eclipse preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation part and distribution is preferred.
• Proven negotiation skills required.

Aufgaben

• Service construction/contractor and OEM customers with product information and services.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales communication.
• Assist customers with product selection and application.
• Quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders.
• Provide customers with accurate stock and delivery information.
• Establish, build and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide sales data for new and existing customers for database entry.
