The role includes handling orders, quotes, and shipments while leveraging product knowledge to up-sell and cross-sell. Minimal travel is involved and full benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in animal health/agriculture.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Accurate attention to detail with effective communication.
• General computer proficiency including MS Office.

• Make regular outbound calls to assigned customers/territories.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information to customers in a timely manner.
• Identify customer requirements and expectations to recommend products/solutions.
