Patterson Companies is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to generate and grow sales through inbound and outbound calls, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage customer and territory records, provide product information, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple systems. Expect travel up to 10% regionally and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience in animal health/agriculture; such as farm or ranch and experience working with cattle, swine, poultry, or equine.
• Exceptional customer service and organization skills.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Generate and increase sales through inbound and outbound sales calls, while handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and expediency.
• Make regular outbound calls to assigned customers/territories and identify customer requirements to recommend products or solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate and educate customers about product features to grow sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and territory records and document all customer interactions and opportunities.
• Run sales reports and monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
