ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a technology enthusiast with a strong background in B2B sales in a fast-paced international environment looking to make your next move?

We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven technology company with more than 180 talented people from around the world. We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team to achieve strategic goals and further grow our organization.

Reporting to the Sales Director, Americas, your role will be crucial in partnering with engineering, marketing, and product management to sell solutions across various industries. This is a remote role, open to candidates in the Boston area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will support our Key Account Managers with responsibilities including:

  • Creating new accounts in Navision and managing opportunities in Salesforce
  • Assisting with overdue payments
  • Providing lead time updates and ensuring timely delivery of POs
  • Generating sales reports as needed
  • Reviewing customer backlogs
  • Responding to customer requests for technical information, maintaining product knowledge, and pursuing leads (quotes, questions, information requests)
  • Complying with supplier engagement rules and required documentation
  • Quoting and responding to RFQs for standard products and university requests
  • Managing channel partners, price updates, POs, RFQs, and voicemail requests
  • Qualifying assigned leads through various methods
  • Nurturing new accounts and transitioning them to Outside Sales when appropriate
YOUR PROFILE

Beyond a passion for technology and sales, you should have:

  • Experience in a customer-focused role in the technology industry, supporting B2B solutions
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Navision ERP
  • Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with outside sales
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product solutions
  • Capability to meet profit goals
  • Skill in managing multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of legal documents and contracts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for new technologies and agile work methodologies
