ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a technology enthusiast with a strong background in B2B sales in a fast-paced international environment looking to make your next move?
We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven technology company with more than 180 talented people worldwide. We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team to help achieve our strategic goals and further grow our organization.
Reporting to the Sales Director, Americas, your role will be key in partnering with engineering, marketing, and product management to sell solutions that impact various industries across all vertical markets. This is a remote-based role, open to candidates located in the Boston area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will support our Key Account Managers with the following responsibilities:

  • Create new accounts in Navision and maintain opportunities in Salesforce
  • Assist accounting with overdue payments
  • Provide lead time updates and ensure timely delivery of open POs
  • Generate sales reports as needed
  • Review customers’ backlogs
  • Respond to customer requests for technical information, possess full product knowledge, and pursue assigned leads (quotes, qualifying questions, sending information, etc.)
  • Comply with supplier’s rules of engagement, non-military approvals, forms, etc.
  • Quote and respond to requests for all standard product RFQs and University requests
  • Manage channel partners, price updates, POs, RFQs, and incoming voicemail requests
  • Qualify assigned leads through website searches, financial reviews, LinkedIn, and more
  • Nurture new accounts and transfer them to Outside Sales when appropriate
YOUR PROFILE

Besides having a strong affinity for technology and sales, you should have:

  • Experience in a customer-focused role within the technology industry, ideally supporting B2B solution sales
  • Experience using Salesforce and Navision ERP
  • Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills to work closely with outside sales partners
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product offerings
  • Capability to maintain profit goals
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to understand legal documents, agreements, and contracts
  • Business skills and product knowledge that foster trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for new technologies and agile working methods
