Role Overview

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you are responsible for achieving and exceeding your personal sales targets through an exclusive Brand experience in accordance with A. Lange & Söhne heritage and values, while continuously nurturing and developing a base of high-end clients. You are also an active participant in the daily operations of the boutique.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve key performance benchmarks to contribute to the boutique and brand fiscal strategy.
  2. Represent the brand professionally in compliance with group sales policies, procedures, initiatives, and operations regulations.
  3. Be attentive, responsive, and versatile to client requests. Collaborate with management to balance local brand initiatives, manufacturing deliveries, and client product expectations.
  4. Consistently achieve and/or exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets, as directed by management.
  5. Provide excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism within the boutique environment and during events.
  6. Lead and manage all steps of the sale professionally, following the brand’s policies.
  7. Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
  8. Identify potential sales leads; perform targeted follow-up to generate product selling opportunities.
  9. Participate in networking events to support traffic and brand exposure.
  10. Maintain CRM efficiency and build long-lasting business relationships through creative outreach initiatives.
  11. Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and SMS.
  12. Maintain a precise and efficient business schedule, including tasks, appointments, and continued learning.
  13. Utilize CRM data analysis skills to generate sales.
  14. Capture accurate client data to build relationships that result in sales.
  15. Resolve client issues appropriately and escalate when needed.
  16. Partner with management on in-store and offsite events and networking.
  17. Represent the brand professionally, adhering to Richemont and A. Lange & Söhne guidelines.
  18. Follow social media and communication policies.
  19. Maintain professional attire and language within the boutique and during official business.
Qualifications
  1. ‘Can do’ attitude with a focus on luxury client experience.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree.
  3. 5+ years of experience in the watch or related luxury field.
  4. Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
  5. Flexible to work according to changing boutique schedules.
  6. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  8. Secondary language skills are a plus.
