As part of our Client Care Team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales & Intake Director and Legal Services Team to guide prospective clients through a high-touch, consultative intake process. You will be on the front lines of transforming qualified leads into retained clients—creating positive first impressions and delivering a client-centered experience from day one.

What you’ll be doing:
The Legal Sales Consultant (Client Relationship Manager) plays a key role in shaping the client experience and driving firm revenue. You'll engage with prospective clients via phone and Zoom—listening to their needs, assessing whether and how our firm can help, and either connecting them with the right attorney at our firm for their situation or, when we’re not the best fit, providing referrals and helpful resources. You’ll collect and document key information in HubSpot and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to share insights on lead quality and process improvements.

Salary range for this position:$60,000 - $100,000 plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
