Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking a motivated Personal Lines sales professional to deliver outstanding service and tailored insurance solutions in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.

You’ll work with inbound and outbound leads, applying a client-centric approach to understand needs and build lasting relationships. This role offers highly lucrative, uncapped commission and a monthly tiered bonus structure, recognizing performance and commitment.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience.
• P&C Insurance licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with confidence and care, ensuring their personal insurance needs are understood and addressed
• Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher
• Leverage Gallagher’s digital tools, systems, and evolving technologies to streamline processes and enhance client experience
• Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders in a fast-moving environment where ideas are welcomed, and innovation is encouraged
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by learning, adapting, and finding smarter ways to work

About You

Required qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience
• P&CInsurance licensingrequired
