Gallagher is seeking a results-driven Personal Lines sales professional to join our dynamic team. You will deliver exceptional service, combine human connection with modern, tech-enabled solutions, and leverage digital tools to meet client needs.

You will receive a competitive base salary along with highly lucrative, uncapped commission potential and an uncapped tiered bonus structure paid out monthly, with ongoing learning opportunities and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience.
• P&C Insurance licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with confidence and care, ensuring their personal insurance needs are understood and addressed.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts.

About You

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience
• P&C Insurance licensing required
