Gallagher in Massachusetts is seeking a motivated personal lines sales professional to join our dynamic team. You will engage with clients, identify insurance needs, and guide them to appropriate coverage using Gallagher’s digital tools, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

This role features a competitive base salary with highly lucrative, uncapped commissions and a monthly bonus structure, plus comprehensive benefits, ongoing learning, and a collaborative, people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience
• P&C Insurance licensing required

Responsibilities

• Support clients with confidence and care, ensuring their personal insurance needs are understood and addressed
• Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher
• Leverage Gallagher’s digital tools, systems, and evolving technologies to streamline processes and enhance client experience
• Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders in a fast-moving environment where ideas are welcomed, and innovation is encouraged

In this role, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service within our Personal Lines business by combining human connection with modern, tech-enabled solutions.

About You

• Required qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
