Your Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Manage a personal sales dashboard to track and achieve results.
  • Achieve behavior and outcome goals aligned with world-class training and sales techniques.
  • Lead customer retention activities and drive customer referral actions.
  • Conduct active outbound calling for campaigns, prospecting, and qualification (warm leads).
  • Reengage existing customers through warm outbound calls.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities generated by marketing initiatives.
  • Manage initial fulfillment and ensure thorough post-sale follow-up.
  • Cover global project opportunities without a defined territory.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and results.
  • Execute sales activities with strong attention to detail and urgency.
  • Follow structured sales processes and maintain accurate CRM documentation.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you need:

  • High school diploma (required).
  • 2–3 years of inside and/or outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Passionate about sales and disciplined in following proven processes.
  • Mechanically inclined and able to interpret technical data (preferred).
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong listening skills.
  • Willing and confident to engage customers over the phone.
  • Eager learner who seeks feedback and continuously improves.
  • Experience in fast-paced, mission-critical industrial environments (preferred).).
