31West Global Services is an IT Services company serving the US SMB market since 2002. We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our expanding team and help us scale our IT services business. You will take ownership of the full sales process. This includes prospecting new leads, cold outreach to potential clients, presenting our services & sending quotes & eventually closing the deal.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Engage in proactive outreach activities like cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, to identify and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for IT Help Desk Services.
  • Collaborate with technical team to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain CRM for accurate tracking of sales stages and client interactions.
  • Manage and maintain the velocity of deals through the pipeline and document all activities and forecast business diligently within the CRM
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly goals


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales for IT Services for US B2B SMB market (Mandatory)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent Time management skills
  • Outstanding Spoken & Written English
  • Proven track record in Sales of US B2B IT services
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent relevant experience
  • Job Location: Permanent Remote. You can be anywhere in India
