F-o-r-t-u-n-e Personnel Consultants of Troy (FPC-Troy) is seeking two customer-facing professionals in the Dayton, OH area to join a growing global specialty chemicals manufacturer. The role starts in customer service with a clear path toward account management and Sales/Business Development, onsite daily.

The ideal candidate will bring prior customer service or inside sales experience and possess proactive, solutions-driven communication skills to build long-term relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Support or Account Representative experience highly valued.
• Develop toward owning customer accounts and becoming a trusted customer service/account expert.
• Clear longer-term path into Sales & Business Development.
• Specific industry experience is not required — looking for a proactive, solutions-driven, customer-focused personality.

A growing global specialty chemicals manufacturer is investing in new markets and adding two customer-facing professionals to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build on their customer service experience and grow into account management and ultimately Sales/Business Development.

• Serve as a key customer contact, responding to inquiries, resolving issues and coordinating solutions across the organization.
• Build strong customer relationships while learning the business, products and manufacturing environment.
• Prior Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Support or Account Representative experience highly valued, preferably within a manufacturing/B2B environment.
• Specific industry experience is not required — looking for a proactive, solutions-driven, customer-focused personality with strong communication skills and initiative.
• Develop toward owning customer accounts and becoming a trusted customer service/account expert.
• Clear longer-term path into Sales & Business Development, including account growth and new-business development.
• Compensation: $50K–$55K base + ~$25K initial upside potential, with opportunity to grow toward ~$50K in upside as account ownership and business development responsibilities expand.
• Location: Must be local to the Dayton, OH area and able to work onsite daily.
