Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience typically required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers solutions or finds new opportunities for a positive customer experience using independent judgment and sales methodology.
• Initiates and answers sales inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers to promote product offerings, services and capabilities.
• Responds promptly and accurately to customer information requests.
• Monitors and follows up on sales activities to meet customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfillment.
• Maintains and expands sales with existing accounts through a high level of customer service and knowledge (e.g., DTAM, pipeline, start dates).
• Collaborates with internal resources such as product, materials, field sales and suppliers to coordinate sales efforts.
• Communicates pricing, quotes, and final solutions clearly to customers.
• Coordinates customer requirements for inventories, delivery lead time and unit prices.
• Other duties as assigned.
