Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking Inside Sales Associates to support roofing, building, and remodeling projects. You will cultivate customer relationships, analyze sales data, make cold calls, and schedule appointments while delivering solutions and training on product lines.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Utilize sales reports and data to identify sales opportunities in customer buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions if a service concern arises.
• Provide training to customers and their teams on product lines and services.
• Assist customers in the credit application process.
• Connect with customers to ensure past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary.

Specific duties may include:

• Cultivating and managing customer relationships
• Utilizing sales reports and other data to recognize sales opportunities in customer buying patterns
• Making cold calls to prospective customers
• Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers
• Following up with customers and providing solutions, should a service concern arise
• Providing training to customers and their teams on various product lines and services
• Assisting customers in the credit application process
• Connecting with customers to ensure that past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary

Specific qualifications include:

• Solar materials (solar panels, electrical, inverters, racking) experience is required
• Specific industry knowledge, including both familiarity with product lines and the overall building contractor process, is preferred but not required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Superior time management and organization skills

Pay Rate Information:

$23-25/hr. Based on experience and qualifications.
