ABC Supply in Freeport, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers purchase roofing, building and remodeling products. You will cultivate relationships, use data to spot sales opportunities, and support customers through the credit application process.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, professional appearance, good time management, and a willingness to learn about solar materials and building supplies. This is a team-oriented, employee-first company.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Utilize sales reports to identify opportunities in customer buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with prospects.
• Follow up with customers and resolve service concerns.
• Provide training to customers on product lines and services.
• Assist customers in the credit application process.
• Connect with customers to ensure past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary.
