Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as key customer contact to provide information on the complete sales cycle from order acceptance through delivery.
• Accurately enter, manage and balance sales and service agreements.
• Follow up with customers and outside sales team to provide order status updates.
• Manage inventory to stocking levels and coordinate with logistics for shipments.
• Prepare sales and activity reports, and assist with special projects as needed.
