Advance Services is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our Fort Collins team. The role is on-site, full-time, temp-to-hire, with an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and competitive hourly pay.

You will manage inquiries, advise on branding projects, and coordinate quotes and orders from conception to production. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or sales, familiarity with print/promotional products, and comfort with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop for client vector

• Serve as the primary contact for walk-ins, phone calls, and email inquiries.
• Consult with clients to recommend apparel, headwear, and promotional products.
• Coordinate between customers, design, and production to ensure on-time orders.
• Prepare quotes for custom apparel based on products, decoration methods, and order volume.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to secure new orders.
• Enter and manage sales orders using internal tracking software.
• Review and prepare customer artwork and logos for production.

In this role, you will be the face of the company, assisting local businesses and organizations with their custom branding needs.
