Advance Services Inc. in Fort Collins, CO is hiring an Inside Sales & Service Representative to be the face of the company for local businesses seeking custom branding. You will handle inquiries, advise on apparel options, and guide customers from design to production of shirts, hats, and logo products.

This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, temp-to-hire potential, and hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25 based on experience. Training provided and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, or account management.
• Experience in print, embroidery, signs, or promotional products is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred for handling and reviewing client vector files.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple custom client orders simultaneously without missing specific decoration requirements.

• Serve as the primary contact for walk-ins, phone calls, and email inquiries.
• Consult with clients to recommend apparel, headwear, and promotional products based on their needs.
• Coordinate between customers, design, and production to ensure accurate, on-time orders.
• Prepare quotes for custom apparel based on products, decoration methods, and order volume.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to secure new orders.
• Enter and manage sales orders using internal tracking software.
• Review and prepare customer artwork and logos for production.

Inside Sales & Service Representative Immediately Hiring!

Advance Services is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Service Representative for a premier custom graphics and apparel company in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will be the face of the company, assisting local businesses and organizations with their custom branding needs. You will manage incoming inquiries, consult on design choices, and guide clients through the process of creating custom shirts, hats, and logo products.

Location: Fort Collins, CO (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Duties
