Advance Services, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative who will greet walk-ins, answer calls, and handle emails while guiding clients through custom branding projects.

This on-site, full-time, temp-to-hire role offers a daytime schedule and competitive hourly pay based on experience. You will consult on apparel and promotional products, prepare quotes, coordinate with design and production teams, and manage orders from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, retail or account management.
• Experience in print, embroidery, signs, or promotional products is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for client vector files.

• Consult with clients to recommend apparel, headwear, and promotional products based on their needs.
• Coordinate between customers, design, and production to ensure accurate, on-time orders.

• Enter and manage sales orders using internal tracking software.
• Review and prepare customer artwork and logos for production.

Inside Sales & Service Representative Immediately Hiring!

Advance Services is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Service Representative for a premier custom graphics and apparel company in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will be the face of the company, assisting local businesses and organizations with their custom branding needs. You will manage incoming inquiries, consult on design choices, and guide clients through the process of creating custom shirts, hats, and logo products. This is an excellent full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a reliable Monday–Friday daytime schedule and competitive pay based on your industry knowledge.

Location: Fort Collins, CO (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Duties

• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) is highly preferred for handling and reviewing client vector files.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple custom client orders simultaneously without missing specific decoration requirements.
