Colonial Group is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our Denver Profit Center. You will drive sales, process orders, and support customers who pick up their orders, while building trusted relationships with existing clients.

You will identify upsell opportunities, generate leads, and collaborate with the Profit Center team to meet revenue targets. Strong communication in English and proficiency with MS Office are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager.
• Process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and returns timely per policy.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities and all Profit Center activities.
