Epic Roof Replacement in San Leandro, CA, is hiring an Inside Sales / Roofing Quote Specialist to handle high-volume, fast-paced quoting from the office. Respond to inbound homeowner leads, prepare estimates, and explain roof options to convert interest into scheduled inspections.

You will work with our Bay Area and Sacramento markets, earning $25/hour plus bonuses. This is a full-time, in-office position with growth opportunities and health coverage partnerships.

Qualifications

About the Role

Compensation: $25/hour + performance bonuses

Epic Roof Replacement is hiring a full-time Inside Sales / Roofing Quote Specialist to work from our San Leandro office and help manage our Bay Area and Sacramento/Central Valley markets.

This is not traditional roofing sales.

There is no door knocking, no lead generation, and no cold calling.

Homeowners come directly to us requesting roof replacement pricing. Your job is to respond quickly, prepare and provide estimates, explain our roofing options, answer questions, follow up with customers, and schedule qualified homeowners for a short property inspection with our field team.

This is a high-volume position. Depending on lead volume, you may provide 15–30+ estimates per day.

You are not expected to prospect for customers or spend your day driving to appointments. You'll work from the office with a steady pipeline of homeowners who have already expressed interest in replacing their roof.

Our field team handles measurements, property verification, photos, and sample appointments so you can stay focused on quoting, communicating, and moving opportunities forward.
