Job summary

Stonewall Road Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Retail Inside Salesperson to join our growing team. The Inside Sales Associate will sell automotive repair services, convert phone inquiries to appointments, and support store performance in sales and profit.

This role emphasizes total honest communication, customer satisfaction, and career advancement through comprehensive training; prior automotive repair sales are preferred but we will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in the Automotive Repair Industry is preferred but training is provided.
• Computer proficiency using various industry software programs.

Responsibilities

• Converts phone inquiries to appointments; no cold calling and high-volume customer traffic.
• Follows up on un-retained leads to maximize appointment retention and sales.
• Converts appointments to sales and communicates clearly with customers to set expectations.
• Maintains communication with customers throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Work to achieve sales objectives defined by management.

Inside Sales Retail Daily Duties:

• The Inside Sales Associate converts phone inquiries to appointments. No Cold calling. Very high-volume customer traffic.
• Follows up on un-retained leads to maximize appointment retention.

• Follows up on un-retained appointments to maximize sales retention.
• Afford all customers courteous treatment, provide a fair and honest written estimate, and sets reasonable expectation for our services using “Total Honest Communication” to assure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains communication with all customers throughout process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work to attain sales objectives of the center as defined by management.
