Job summary

Stonewall Collision Centers is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Associate for its automotive repair services. The role focuses on converting inquiries into appointments, following up with leads, and turning appointments into sales in a high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities

• Converts phone inquiries to appointments. No Cold calling. Very high-volume customer traffic.
• Follows up on un-retained leads to maximize appointment retention.
• Converts appointments to sales.
• Follows up on un-retained appointments to maximize sales retention.
• Provide courteous treatment, a fair and honest written estimate, and set expectations for services using total honest communication to assure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains communication with all customers throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Work to attain sales objectives defined by management.
