N C Machinery Co. is seeking a Rental Department Inside Sales Representative in Anchorage, Alaska.

The role focuses on developing and growing sales to the Alaska account base for equipment rentals of Caterpillar and similar equipment from leading manufacturers in the construction industry. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to craft targeted customer strategies, generate leads for follow-up opportunities, and fulfill administrative duties including quotes while building strong

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Caterpillar product line and familiarity with construction/agriculture industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have access to or possess a vehicle with a valid State driver's license.

In this position as a Rental Department Inside Sales Representative, Anchorage, Alaska location, through telephone contacts you will develop and increase sales to N C Machinery's Alaska account base for equipment rentals of CATERPILLAR and like kind equipment from other leading manufacturers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing departments to develop target customer strategies and lead generation for follow up sales opportunities.
• Fulfill administrative duties such as customer sales quotes for presentation, meet customer telephone contact measurement goals and develop a strong working relationship with all assigned key customers.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Caterpillar product line, related industry experience in Caterpillar sales and familiarity with the construction and agriculture industry is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have access to or possess a vehicle for travel with a valid State driver's license.
