Job summary

We Buy Any Vegas House in Las Vegas, NV is hiring an Inside Sales Rep for inbound phone-based appointments. You will qualify homeowners and book appointments for the acquisitions team, working exclusively in the office and not remotely.

Compensation is base salary plus commissions; top performers earn $100,000+ with a proven track record. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional Saturday or after-hours shifts when needed.

Inside Sales Rep/Phone Appointment Setter - Inbound Calls

100% phone-based, in our Las Vegas office (not remote). Homeowners contact us wanting to sell their house. You qualify them and book the appointment. You don't meet sellers, negotiate price, or close deals — our acquisitions team does that.

Compensation: Base + commission on every deal you set that closes while you build your pipeline. Once your pipeline is full, you can optionally transition to commission-only, upside. Reps who hit goal earn $60,000+, and top reps have earned $100,000+.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5pm, in our office (Las Vegas, 89148). Occasional Saturday or after-hours calls when needed. Not remote and not field-based.

Benefits: 30 days of paid training. PTO starting at 5 days in year one, increasing to 10 days by year three.
