Job summary

Nulite Lighting, LLC is hiring an Level I Inside Sales Representative in Denver. You will support customers by taking calls, preparing quotations, entering orders, and managing projects while gaining experience with architectural lighting products and commercial construction.

This role offers hands-on training, growth into Inside or Outside Sales, and a Full-time onsite schedule from Monday to Friday in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience.
• College degree preferred but not required; High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No lighting or construction industry experience required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for new opportunities.
• Respond to customer emails and provide general support.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Enter and manage customer orders in our ERP system.
• Track and communicate order status throughout production.
• Learn reading architectural plans and perform product takeoffs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping teams.
• Develop a strong understanding of Nulite products and manufacturing processes.
• Build positive relationships with customers, sales reps, and internal teams.

Pay range: $45,000-$60,000 annually (hourly position).

About the Job

The Level I Inside Sales Representative is the first step in our Inside Sales career path. This role supports customers by answering phone calls, preparing quotations, entering orders, managing projects, and providing day-to-day customer support. You'll gain hands-on experience with architectural lighting products, manufacturing processes, and commercial construction projects while developing the skills needed to advance farther into Inside Sales or Outside Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for new opportunities.
• Respond to customer emails and provide general support.
