Job summary

Nulite Lighting, LLC in Denver, Colorado is seeking an Inside Sales Representative II to support key customers, sales agencies, and Regional Sales Managers with complex quotations and projects from quotation through order and completion.

This role blends inside-sales, project management, CRM use, and technical product knowledge to build strong customer relationships and coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, project management, customer service, manufacturing, construction, lighting, or a related technical field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, lighting, controls, electrical systems, or architectural products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage complex quotations, orders, and projects from initial request through completion.
• Serve as a primary inside sales contact for customers, agencies, and Regional Sales Managers.
• Support sales opportunities through quote follow-up, project coordination, product guidance, and customer communication.
• Review plans, specifications, purchase orders, drawings, and project requirements for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate technical and non-standard project requirements with Engineering and other internal departments.
• Manage complex order changes, warranty issues, customer escalations, and project-related problem solving.
• Build strong customer and agency relationships and participate in meetings, visits, training, and occasional travel as needed.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to Inside Sales Representative I employees.
