Job summary

Climate Experts is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work inside Home Depot locations in Vero Beach and Sebastian, Florida. This is a performance-based sales role where friendly, outgoing individuals start conversations, qualify leads, and book appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical estimates.

Base pay up to $16 per hour with $10 per booked lead and $10 per ran lead; earnings potential $40,000–$60,000+ annually.

THE ROLE

This is not a shelf-stocking job. This is not a customer service role. This is a sales position for someone who is confident, outgoing, and driven by results. You will work the floor of our partner Home Depot locations, approach homeowners, start conversations about their home service needs, and book appointments for our team. WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Ask for referrals to expand our customer base

• Reliable transportation and a smartphone

• No HVAC or home services experience required — we will train you on the product
