Flanner Buchanan, a trusted Indianapolis funeral home, is seeking a Preneed & Cemetery Sales Representative (Inside Sales) in Indianapolis. You’ll serve families with care and integrity, backed by Precoa’s marketing program, receiving coaching, mentorship, and a stable onsite role with strong earning potential.

Earn a base salary plus commission, with benefits and ongoing support from experienced managers. Top performers may earn Precoa Escapes trips as recognition for impact and dedication.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 3–5 years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
