We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a reputable Medical Device Company

**THIS IS A REMOTE - 14-WEEK PROJECT**

Requirements:
  1. AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience; preferred
  2. 2+ years inside sales, direct sales, customer service or telemarketing experience; preferred
  3. Prior service contract selling experience, strong customer service skills, confidence, professionalism, and self-motivation
  4. Excellent time management skills and ability to build positive client relationships
  5. Proven sales success record
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle, proposing solutions to key decision makers
Responsibilities:
  1. Introduce client’s service contracts to existing customers
  2. Develop new business through email and outbound calls
  3. Target biomed and materials management departments for initial contact
  4. Identify decision makers and review service options to close sales
  5. Assess current equipment and warranty terms to recommend suitable service contracts
  6. Send formal service menu documents to customers
  7. Follow up via calls and emails for feedback on service options
  8. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions for extending, adopting, or upgrading services
  9. Design solutions that align with client business goals based on discussions

The potential base pay range is $34-$36 per hour, subject to qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may apply.
