We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a reputable Medical Device Company.

**THIS IS A REMOTE - 14-WEEK PROJECT**

Requirements:
  • AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience; preferred
  • 2+ years inside sales, direct sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience; preferred
  • Prior service contract selling experience, strong customer service skills, confident, professional, and a self-starter
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to cultivate positive client relationships
  • Proven sales record of success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prospect, build a pipeline, move opportunities through the sales cycle, and discuss solutions with key decision makers
Responsibilities:
  • Introduce client’s service contracts to current customers
  • Establish new business sales via email and outbound calls
  • Focus on biomed and materials management departments for initial contact
  • Identify decision makers and influencers, review service options, and close sales
  • Review equipment and warranty terms to recommend suitable service contracts
  • Send formal service menu documents to customers
  • Follow up via calls and emails for feedback and further engagement
  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions for extensions, upgrades, or new services
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client business goals

The potential hourly pay range is $34-$36, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.
