Schedule: Monday–Friday and Saturday mornings

Compensation: $48.000 - $80.000 per year

Red & Blue Agency is recruiting on behalf of a client in the outdoor pest control industry. This full-time position is based on-site at our client’s office in Tampa, FL (Ybor City).

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative who can build relationships, generate opportunities, and close sales in both English and Spanish.

About the Role

You will manage inbound leads and proactively develop new opportunities through outbound phone prospecting, consistent follow-up, and persuasive sales conversations.

This is a sales role requiring prospecting and closing experience; customer service experience alone is not sufficient.

Your work will combine:

• Inbound sales: Respond to and convert inquiries from digital advertising, website forms, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
• Outbound sales: Make cold and warm calls, work prospect lists, reactivate previous leads, and follow up on pending quotes.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new leads and identify their service needs.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Qualify prospects based on location, property type, service needs, and purchase intent.
• Explain our services, communicate their value, and prepare quotes.
• Handle objections, negotiate within company guidelines, and ask for the sale.
• Convert qualified opportunities into service bookings and new customers.
• Follow up consistently on unanswered inquiries and pending quotes.
• Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, quotes, and next steps in the CRM.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and meet established activity, conversion, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct complete sales conversations in both languages.
• At least two years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or a sales-focused call center.
• Experience with cold calling and prospect databases.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Experience using a CRM or lead management platform.
• Basic to intermediate Excel or spreadsheet skills.
• Strong communication skills across phone, SMS, email, and messaging platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Tampa and the schedule listed above.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience converting inbound leads generated through digital marketing.
• A university degree or current enrollment in the final semesters of a degree program.
