ABC Supply Co. Inc. in New Jersey is actively seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products, process orders, and ensure timely deliveries.

You will upsell items, coordinate pickups with the warehouse, and resolve service concerns in a fast-paced, employee-first environment that rewards talent and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good time management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:45am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate Information

$20-25/hr. Based on experience & qualifications.
