Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Sterling, VA, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who delivers world‑class service to customers purchasing roofing, siding, and window products.

This full‑time role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and focuses on helping customers select the right products to complete projects. You will answer phones, enter orders, apply payments to accounts, coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse, and follow up on deliveries to ensure on‑time

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pickups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Pay Rate Information

$25/hr. Based on experience and qualifications.
