Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Cumberland, MD seeks an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers with roofing, siding and window projects, process orders, and coordinate pickups.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate order entry, and timely follow-up on deliveries. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Shift is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with pay of $20–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' roofing, siding, and windows experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.

Pay Rate Information

$20-25/hr. Based on experience and qualifications.
