Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Kentucky to help customers select roofing, siding, windows, and related building products. You will deliver world-class service, assess customer needs, and process orders with accuracy.

Responsibilities include answering phones, applying payments, coordinating pickups, following up deliveries, and maintaining stocked shelves. 1–2 years in roofing or related field and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklist for each customer and upsell items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
