ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to deliver world-class service to customers purchasing roofing, siding, and window products.

You will determine needs, recommend solutions, and process orders while coordinating pickups with the warehouse. Strong communication, teamwork, and reliable time management are essential. 1–2 years in roofing/siding/window sales is a plus; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account

• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
