Job summary

Parts ASAP is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help customers find the right parts while building lasting relationships. This role focuses on relationship-driven sales, not a call center, with product knowledge, customer service, and follow-up driving success.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with uncapped bonus potential, bi-weekly pay, full-time status, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off & holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of agricultural, construction, automotive, or heavy equipment parts is a plus—but we'll help you learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pricing, availability, and product selection.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate shipments.
• Follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Make outbound calls to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure on-time parts delivery.
